Yili Bafu Industrial Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned subsidiary of the Dulata Port, fully responsible for the overall investment, construction, and operation management of the Dulata Port border trade zone. Backed by strong state-owned capital and official port resources, the company proactively shoulders the social responsibility of facilitating cross-border trade and revitalizing the border economy, deeply cultivating bilateral trade cooperation between China and several Central Asian countries

The project officially commenced in 2021, covering a planned area of ​​149.80 mu (approximately 9.9 hectares), with a 20-hectare trade zone. The total estimated investment is 250 million yuan, with nearly 90 million yuan already invested in the first phase of construction. The project boasts a prime location, adjacent to Provincial Highway S313 to the north and connected to the Dulata Port International Passenger Terminal to the south. Its extensive road network and excellent cross-border freight distribution conditions provide a solid transportation foundation for Central Asian import and export trade and long-distance logistics

Withproviding comprehensive border trade services across the entire chain, the company focuses on three core sectors: Central Asian foreign trade exports, port logistics and warehousing, and mutually beneficial border trade. It deeply integrates services across the entire process, including customs declaration and inspection, cross-border logistics, bonded warehousing, trade settlement, and on-the-ground support, streamlining key links in the upstream and downstream of foreign trade. We are always rooted in the border regions, serving our clients and building low-cost, efficient, and standardized trade channels for local border residents, domestic and foreign trade enterprises, and foreign businesses in Central Asia. We fully implement favorable national port policies such as simplified customs clearance, tax refunds and subsidies, and border trade, continuously shortening trade cycles, lowering barriers to cross-border trade, and constantly improving the standardization and convenience of trade processes.

In terms of hardware facilities, the trade zone has a total construction area of ​​nearly 30,000 square meters, including customs-supervised inspection warehouses, bulk cargo storage and trading warehouses, a comprehensive office building, two commercial supporting buildings, as well as logistical support facilities such as restaurants and security guard rooms. The park has clear functional zoning, meeting the essential business needs of customs inspection, cargo storage, and cross-border distribution, while also providing merchants, border residents, and overseas businesspeople with one-stop office, business, and living facilities, comprehensively ensuring the normalized and efficient operation of border trade and Central Asian foreign trade

Based on Xinjiang's strategic location at the northern gateway for opening up, and leveraging the geographical advantages of the Dulata Port connecting Kazakhstan and radiating throughout Central Asia, we continuously expand trade channels between China and foreign countries.
