The investment and operation of the border trade zone at the Dulata Port are fully managed by Yili Bafu Industrial Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise under the Dulata Port State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. As a state-owned enterprise, the company not only possesses strong financial resources but also shoulders the responsibility of promoting border trade development. The new project it is responsible for commenced in 2021, covering an area of 149.80 mu (approximately 9.9 hectares), with the entire trade zone covering 20 hectares. The total investment is estimated at 250 million yuan, with the first phase investment already approaching 90 million yuan. From a locational perspective, the project boasts significant advantages: it is adjacent to Provincial Highway S313 to the north and the Dulata Port International Passenger Terminal to the south, providing strong support for trade circulation through convenient transportation networks
